I am proud to present to you, Your Pixie Place. Formerly known as IJ2 Salon. I now have 34 years behind the chair and I am always a student. My clients benefit the most from my years of experience and a strong desire to always be fresh and current, never stagnant. Continuing my education is of the utmost importance. Why Pixie Queen, you may ask? About twelve years ago I decided to focus on the part of styling that brought me the most joy, Cutting! Pixies are my favorite, The best in The Bay.

I developed a signature Pixie Method that will ensure you get the perfect Pixie for YOU. With 4 keys at the helm of your consultation, Perfect Pixies are the outcome 100 percent of the time.

I am a short hair specialist who wears short hair. I am of the mindset "your clients should want to look like you", and your hair should be a walking billboard for what you do.

I am a very happy wife of my loving husband of 17 years and a proud mother of a sweet and caring son who often finds himself at the center of my conversation. I am a new puppy mom. Onyx, my Cane Corso, who has changed my life in a way I wasn't expecting. Wow!!! I love Christ, and enjoy fashion, and interior design. All of which you may notice when you come into the suite.

Wherever I am, I love fragrances and smelling good. Whenever I am not in the salon, you'll find me drinking a White Chocolate Mocha with soy (no whip), online shopping, or tickling the ivory of my baby grand piano.

I am most known for caring for my guests and the integrity of their hair. My goal is to build long-lasting relationships with all my clients. I want everyone who sits in my chair to be confident and in love with the reflection they see in the mirror.

I’m Trish, A Stylist at Your Pixie Place of Walnut Creek, Ca. I’m a wife to the most romantic man, that still makes me blush after 16 years Outside of the salon I enjoy working out, hiking, long walks through parks, sitting by the water, sitting on a bench in a rose garden, sunshine, cooking amazing plant based meals, and hanging out with family.
I’ve had an affinity for all things hair since childhood. I take pride and patience with every client to achieve the best look and promote healthy hair through advanced product knowledge, top tier training, and continued education to provide beautiful healthy hair for my clients. I like to consider myself a ‘forever student’ and always seek to enhance my skills while feeding my passion to make my clients look and feel beautiful.

I can take you through different looks throughout the year with my unique approach to different hair techniques from relaxed classic pixie cuts, to embracing your natural tresses through thermal styling, protective styling with braids, faux locs and finger coiling . You do not have to be stuck or bound to one look!
