I may be hungry. Does your salon have snacks?

Yes, considering every guest appetite and dietary needs we have an assortment of complementary snacks and non acholic drinks.

What are your forms of payment?

All Credits cards, Cash or Zelle are excepted. You will also get an emailed receipt of payment.

Do I need to come shampooed/blow dried before my appointment?

​

No! We will provide any and all services for the best results. We will also suggest and provide retail products for home care.

Can I change my service the day of my appointment?

​

Through a thorough consultation, additional services may be suggested for better final results. Although all services are based on time and value, and we value your time, any services schedule or performed will be charged accordingly. 

Can I bring a guest/ friend with me to my appointment?

​

Our space is quaint. If a care provider is necessary there is a lounge, they would find comfortable. Otherwise, we ask you to come alone.

Do I have to pay for parking?

​

NO! Free parking, here in the parking lot, you'll find several parks along with an EV charging station, powered by Electricfy America.

What if I don't want to color my hair?

​

Every package comes with a color component. If you don't want color, a clear glaze for shine is the go to.
